At IDALIA, we value your business and to extend our gratitude for choosing our product.  We offer free shipping on all domestic orders via USPS Priority (2-5 business days for continental U.S).  International customers please contact us through the contact page (subject title "International Shipping")

IDALIA processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please allow one business day for processing (3-5 business days during busy sale times). We will email you the tracking information (if available).  Should there be any issue in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you immediately.

We are happy to accommodate your special requests, such as birthday messages, may be left in the comments box during checkout.

Each IDALIA jewelry piece will be delivered in our signature gift box, including a pouch to store your beautiful jewelry.

Returns & Replacements

We want your experience with IDALIA to be spectacular and want you to be satisfied with your order. If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, please return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange for a different item. This refund policy excludes SAMPLE SALE and SALE discounted purchases. All Sample Sale purchases are final sale and no returns will be accepted. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  If you have any questions about your item prior to ordering please contact us. We are more than happy to help you prior to any purchase.

Care of Jewelry

To keep your jewelry looking new, store it in the IDALIA suede pouch it comes with. This will help preserve plating/discoloring, while it’s kept in that special spot in your jewelry box.

You may use any professional jewelry cleaner to keep your jewelry shining.  Please make sure that the product you use contains no acids, ammonia or abrasives.

.925 STERLING is the foundation metal of all IDALIA jewelry. The base of Sterling Silver is then plated with Rhodium, another type of precious metal, making it a shiny silver.

CARING FOR STERLING: Let’s be honest, Sterling doesn’t like water very much. It will put up with it for a little bit, but over time, it will oxidize, so try to avoid H2O while wearing. However, your body was made to wear jewelry because the oils in your skin help prevent it from oxidizing, so wear often, it’s good!

GOLD “VER-MAY” is a thick layer of gold over the base of sterling silver, creating a long lasting piece. To be considered Gold Vermeil, it must have at least 10k gold and 1.5 microns. IDALIA uses 21k gold.

CARING FOR VERMEIL: Water, sweat, perfume, you name it pretty much anything that is wet doesn’t get along with gold vermeil. To prevent any unexpected surprises, remove your jewelry before you encounter any form of H20.

Ordering

Email List – When you place and order with IDALIA you will be given the option to be added to the email list. Whether or not you select this option, your personal information will never be shared with or sold to anyone.  Please refer to our Privacy page for further details.  You may unsubscribe to the email list at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email we send you.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Check/Debit cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  Please note that on our end we do not see any of your credit card information (number, exspiration, CVV codes, etc.)

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your IDALIA order based on your shipping address through our payment processing platform.  Please note that we cannot alter this information.

If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products.

As stated above, product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visualize size. Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary.

Promotions:

Any promotions offered by IDALIA will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. IDALIA reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, IDALIA has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.
